As a person trained in Level 1 and 2 Eft and as someone who has been through a range of practitioners to heal some symptoms of trauma, I was  guarded to initiate work with Rehana , but within a short amount of working with her, I recognised we were a good fit for that phase.. 

Some of the attributes that she brought into the partnership were, listening and accepting what is brought up. Refraining from counselling or taking the process in to a predetermined place. Another aspect was the genuine curiosity towards what is being addressed. One aspect that build safety is the professionalism  in planning and organizing the sessions, yet being flexible if the need arises.
